Some customers get a message to call PayPal before they can proceed. It's a very short call and we've never heard of a call being needed a second time. This sometimes happens the first time you use a credit card with a particular email address, and it more frequently occurs if you have used this credit card with a different email address in the past. We do not have the ability to override this PayPal feature.
