If you get a message stating "Error : A #10 envelope can only hold up to 5 sheets but your document uses 17. Please change your document or the sending options.", you need to change your envelope to a Flat.
When you are composing your message in the Docsmit UI, you will see a little truck icon next to "To:"
You can click that and will be able to change the envelope options.
